Tasks

Your main tasks will include:

• Supporting all operative departments in Donauwörth with regard to implementing the Lean system
• Drafting an implementation strategy in conjunction with the operative management teams
• Training and coaching the manufacturing team for transformation projects
• Supporting the business departments during the transformation process, in particular in the following areas:

1. Developing a Lean/process vision, defining priorities (processes and departments)
2. Drafting the implementation plan
3. Ensuring that transformation complies with the central Lean strategy and standards
4. Coordinating all interdepartmental Lean activities in Donauwörth

• Carrying out Lean assessments in collaboration with the local Lean teams, and helping to implement improvements
• Following up local management teams with regard to the Lean implementation status, taking into account key figures
• Coordinating and ensuring communication on Lean in Donauwörth
• Further developing the Lean network with regard to recruitment, training and development

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

• University degree
• Substantial experience with transformation processes in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of Lean principles and Project Management
• Excellent communication skills and self-confidence
• Negotiation skills
• Advisory skills
• German/English: fluent/negotiation level
• French: advanced level
