Tasks
Your main tasks will include:
- Supporting all operative departments in Donauwörth with regard to implementing the Lean system
- Drafting an implementation strategy in conjunction with the operative management teams
- Training and coaching the manufacturing team for transformation projects
- Supporting the business departments during the transformation process, in particular in the following areas:
- Developing a Lean/process vision, defining priorities (processes and departments)
- Drafting the implementation plan
- Ensuring that transformation complies with the central Lean strategy and standards
- Coordinating all interdepartmental Lean activities in Donauwörth
- Carrying out Lean assessments in collaboration with the local Lean teams, and helping to implement improvements
- Following up local management teams with regard to the Lean implementation status, taking into account key figures
- Coordinating and ensuring communication on Lean in Donauwörth
- Further developing the Lean network with regard to recruitment, training and development
Profile
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
- University degree
- Substantial experience with transformation processes in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of Lean principles and Project Management
- Excellent communication skills and self-confidence
- Negotiation skills
- Advisory skills
- German/English: fluent/negotiation level
- French: advanced level
