Your Mission

As a project engineering leader you will support the European Operation Platform in innovation/ renovation projects implementation by:

• being a project team member bringing a necessary technical expertise
• working in close collaboration with different departments of the company
• leading the technical part of the projects: assessing the risks, capex and timeline; preparing the technical part of the CAR (Capex Authorization Request), - managing the engineering & KPI targets part of the project etc.
• participating to the definition and implementation of productivity or quality projects
• managing transversal technical projects
• managing and developing suppliers through capabilities development
• providing feedbacks to central DEW

Your Profile

• Background in engineering
• Min. 2 years experience in a technical function (e.g. packaging and process technologies in food/ pharmaceutical/ cosmetics industry)
• AUTOCAD skills are appreciated
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Relationship capabilities to gain credibility and create an efficient network within plants and suppliers
• Organization skills and rigor + Flexibility & adaptability
• Co-creation mindset and openness
• Fluent German and English. Spanish and/or French would be a plus
• Experience in cross-functional projects is a plus
