Our client is an expanding German law firm in the field of international intellectual property law. The activities covered are trademark, international design, patent, utility model, copyright and competition law.

In the field of trademark law our client is looking for a

Lawyer

Your tasks

• management of international brand portfolios
• consulting and representation in the registration of national and international brands, as well as community trademarks
• consulting and representation in administrative proceedings
• out-of-court and legal enforcement or defense of claims
• drafting and reconciliation of contracts

Your Profile

• several years of experience in national and international trademark matters
• lawyer specializing in intellectual property desirable
• PhD and/or LL.M. desirable
• fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
• business-driven attitude
• performance oriented, reliable
