Our client is a leader in providing engineering services to global players of the industry and is looking for a:

Key Account Manager (m/w) Engineering services, based in Paris region

Your profile

• 3 years' relevant experience in key account management B2B of global solutions and services, ideally in engineering and transport
• a good knowledge of the industry and if possible, offshoring needs and processes
• excellent communication skills with fluency in French and English ; other languages like Spanish or Italian will be highly appreciated
• ability to efficiently work in a multi-cultural environment.

Your responsibilities

• As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and developing strategic and cross borders customers. In cooperation with the international project teams, you
• improve the relationships with existing customers and identify key success factors with all important stake holders
• implement strategic plans to optimize your customers' satisfaction and follow-up carefully on your projects
• actively participate in sales activities to identify and close add-on sales and opportunities to the existing customer base
• are responsible for the turnover and the administration on your market
