IT Operations Manager junior (m/f/d), Toulouse

Tasks

• IT Operations Management: Monitor service levels (SLAs), manage incident escalations, and ensure the stability of the production environment.
• Project Management: Coordinate technical projects from planning to deployment, manage timelines, and ensure communication between cross-functional teams.
• Service Improvement & Governance: Identify operational bottlenecks, propose automation or optimization workflows, and produce performance reports (KPIs).
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a point of contact for business users and technical teams, ensuring requirements are understood and operational needs are met.

Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree (BAC +5) in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, IT Engineering, or an equivalent field. You have a first professional experience (internship or apprenticeship) in IT operations or project management.
• This position requires a security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by the French authorities.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Technical skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Cloud) and ITIL processes. Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible) and monitoring solutions.
• Knowledge of security standards and compliance.
• Project Management: Knowledgeable in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall). Ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and resources.
• Experience using Jira or similar tools is an asset.
• Soft skills: Leadership potential, analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure of the internal customer, and strong communication skills.
