Internship within Marketing Material Services, Hamburg

Mission

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Marketing materials of Airbus Material Services and Products

• Supporting the development and design of presentations to be held at external customer events and for internal familiarization courses, newcomer and sales team trainings
• Supporting the development of product presentations together with the business experts
• Supporting the development of brochures

2. Marketing Communication

• Supporting the production of a promotion trailer
• Drafting articles on new services or updates for publications

3. Marketing Commercial policies

• Supporting the preparation of communication kits for the sales force on commercial policy changes, communication guidelines and customers mailings
• Contributing to services and products pricing by setting up and reviewing business cases

4. Marketing Tools

• Maintaining the marketing plan for reflecting status of all services offered by Airbus Material, Logistics and Suppliers organisation

5. Marketing Online platforms

• Supporting the maintenance of services updates on Airbus Spares portal
• Supporting the restructure and redesign of the Material, Logistics and Suppliers tab on Airbus homepage

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Enrolled Student (m/f) within Business Administration, Economics, Aviation and Aircraft Maintenance, Marketing, Technical Marketing, Tourism, Supply Chain Management / Service Management and Logistics, Sales and Marketing or similar field of study
• MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop und XML would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and writing style
• Sales oriented mindset
• English: Fluent / Negotiation level
• French: Beginner
• German: Fluent / Negotiation level
• Interest in cross-functional and transnational working
• Open to facilitate change in people's mindset
