The team members understand, develop and deploy Airbus' Engineering transverse sub-contracting strategy aligned with Airbus' objectives - the strategy's implementation across several functions is an essential part. They lead and support projects in cooperation with all Engineering centers regarding their sub-contracting activities. Furthermore the team contributes to harmonizing Airbus' design sourcing sub-contractors landscape in line with their skills, and performance. They are an important stake in the single Airbus' Engineering voice to be cascaded towards operations and sub-contractors.
Tasks & accountabilities
Your exciting tasks:
- Support Airbus digitalization by setting-up the department's representation in the internal social network and by participating to the next generation SharePoint implementation
- Support the departments project activities
- Support the engineering sub-contracting process adherence. Extract KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), support the launch of "Spot audits" and define corrective actions to reduce the lead time to generate savings and optimize the process
- Support the Strategy Process Methods & Tools organization set-up in Germany to strengthen common identity by finding stronger communalities and synergies after the common removal in unique building
Required skills
You offer:
- Enrolled student within Engineering, Projectmanagement or similar field of study
- Interest in aeronautics, business and management
- Excellent skills in Power Point, Word and Excel
- Good knowledge in project and risk Management
- Knowledge on collaborative tools such as iShare technology and Internet programing languages would be appreciated
- English: negotiation level
- German: negotiation level
- French: intermediate
You have a strong team-spirit, you are self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
