Internship/Optimisation of the Station Layout with Update of the Implementation Plan (m/f), Nantes

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include:

• Deploying and developing a new IT tool for entering production contingencies, analysing these contingencies and managing the action plan,
• Analysing the technique of all the portable means in order to define the investments and increase operational performance,
• Analysing the current situation and working with the production line to research potential optimisations,
• Using Autocad Information software for the AET function: work study agent,
• Using work scheduling to organise the work at each station, studying the loads and capacities of the work stations, identifying waste and managing the actions to eliminate it,
• Managing actions to produce recurrent gains and improve performance.

Required skills

• You are in the final year of engineering school, completing a Master's degree or in the 5th year of university, specialising in Production and Mechanics.
• Ideally, you have initial work experience in this field.
• You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• English: advanced level.
• French: fluent.
