Assignment: Reporting to one of the Project team Leaders, you will be part of a multi-cultural production team responsible for supervising all phases of assigned projects in addition to providing required pre- and post-sales support.

Main duties 

1. Managing a multi-industry customer portfolio:

• Analyzing customer requests (translation, interpretation, localization) and proposing appropriate solutions
• Developing project strategies and instructions 
• Performing DTP, alignments and other tasks related to project preparation
• Identifying, assigning scheduling and supervising external resources for each project
• Acting as a liaison between vendors and customers to respond to project-related questions
• Budget management
• Quality control 

2. Establishing and implementing strategies to increase productivity, improve quality and reduce costs on assigned projects (identify new technologies and resources, alternative methodologies/organization etc.)
3. Reporting: Documenting new processes and procedures implemented for your customers and relevant statistics

Skills

TECHNICIS is looking for a dynamic team player with excellent communication skills, particularly in French. You should be IT-literate and particularly comfortable using the Internet and tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of a CAT tool like TRADOS in addition to a third non-European language would be a plus.
Training: You will spend at least a week discovering the different divisions within the company (translation, project management, sales, vendor management etc.) in addition to their related tools.

Conditions

• 35 hours per week (fulltime)
• 600 EUR / month
• Tickets restaurant (8 EUR per working day)
• Reimbursement of monthly public transport ticket (carte orange)
