Intern/ Working student - Product Change Management Systems Improvement (m/f/d), Fulda

Your Mission

• You will be member of Fulda Product Change Management team, supporting new products development
• You will be responsible to coordinate workflows (systems) necessary to develop new products for the whole department. You will manage projects priorities (workflows) in alignment with the team leaders. You will link with all departments involved in workflows and ensure that timelines are respected.
• Your mission will be to map our workflow processes (what is done? by whom? under which process?), understand in details activities of PCM in these processes, and propose/implement ‘automatized’ procedures to improve ways of working.

Your Profile

• You are enrolled as a Bachelor/ Master student in Business Administration, IT, Food Technology or in any other comparable course of study
• Furthermore, you are a great communicator with good networking and writing skills and you are not afraid to reach out to colleagues, especially from other departments.
• You have strong analytical skills
• You are proactive and with your “out of the box” thinking you are bringing your own creative and innovative ideas to the team.
• You work in a structured way and you are confident working autonomously
• You are highly motivated and interested in new products development
• First experiences with SAP/Orsoft are an advantage
