Your role and responsibilities
- Work with the Sales / Acquisition Manager and his Team on new Acquisitions, current Programs and Serial Life business within our BMW Seating Account
- Co-ordinate, after training period conduct, the contact with all relevant internal departments in order to support the preparation of new quotes and offers acc. requests from BMW
- Ensure process coherence to Group standards (Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System) in order to ensure the commercial viability of the offer in preparation
- Coordinate the implementation of technical and commercial changes incl. production cost, development or tooling costs for the Serial offer in close co-operation with the Sales Manager
- Support the validation of the profitability of the offer before submitting to the customer and maintain track record and resulting margin of all submitted offers together with the Sales Manager
- Execute different commercial analyzes and simulations to support the overall acquisition process
- Overall work with the Team in Munich and different Faurecia sites as well as Plants to support all activities with the Customer BMW in Munich
- Based on interest and focus, additional special projects can be defined for the 2nd part of the Internship
Profile
- enrolled in Master's Study in Economics or Engineering with preferable specialization in Sales
- Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills
- Very good command of German and English language
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization and multi-cultural teams
- International mind set, strong analytical skills
