Your Responsibilities

• French market segment research and analysis
• Support Sales and Account Management team in bookseller acquisition & retention campaigns
• Analyze and report on available inventory, pricing, delivery performance and customer experience related to sellers' performance as well as Marketing and website metrics
• Research and develop editorial and merchandising content for the French website, for the newsletters to French-speaking customers and for social media activities
• Investigate, document, and resolve customer issues related to account management, website functionality, technical or business issues
• Provide qualified and efficient customer support for buyers and sellers by email and telephone
• Translations from English to French

Basic Qualifications

• Student about to graduate or graduated within the last year
• Profound command of the French language on a mastery level, spoken and written
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a busy environment and to coordinate activities among different teams and departments
• Excellent computer skills
• Open minded with a "hands-on"-attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and passion for literature and books is a strong plus
• Internet-enthusiast, HTML, SQL and or Dreamweaver knowledge is a strong plus
• Account management or customer support or marketing or data analysis experiences in data driven environment
