Your Mission

You are looking for fulfillment? For our Waters Division in Frankfurt we are looking for a two-year fixed-term

• Acting as internal engagement driver for Waters Germany through internal communication channels by making best use of internal digital & social platforms to foster the Danone culture
• Support the Business Partner in all HR related matters for the division
• Support safety and health projects and initiatives by focusing on wellbeing@work
• Support organizational and change actions
• Co-build and organise company events, leadership meetings and other team meetings with focus on inspiration and engagement of participants
• Own and drive specific HR projects with impact on business and organization
• Own purchase order processes in strong collaboration with controlling and accounting
• After first year in Waters potential opportunity to rotate into other HR areas

Your Profil

• University degree with focus on Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines
• First practical work experience
• Great Teamplayer with strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proactive and pragmatic-oriented approach combined with can-do attitude
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a flexible and agile environment
• Fluent in German and English (French would be a plus)
• Motivation to grow a career in HR
