Your challenges
As a HR Data Analyst, you will define & deliver business oriented solutions (including reports, dashboards, and analytic studies) to internal customers in alignment with Business and HR strategy by involving all stakeholders in the area of responsibility. You will be especially taking a key role as Epic Owner to deploy Reporting & Analytics use cases:
- Ensure appropriate support to HR data customers to get and analyze HR data and reports, promote HR reporting self-service by implementing accurate and standard HR reporting tools fitting to customer’s needs.
- Consult in cases with high expertise needed, considering potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day-to-day operations.
- Ensure the design and implementation of HR Reporting & Analytics solutions (including policies, processes and tools) to monitor the overall performance and effectiveness of the HR processes.
- Update and maintenance of reporting systems ensuring accuracy and consistency of the data reported.
- Manipulate and analyze large data sets to distill insights from data and connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations using creative, structured and analytical thinking.
- Create effective, scalable, and easy to understand reporting solutions (e.g. dashboards), encourage common understanding & consensus, and allow timely decision making in order to effectively regulate business activities in line with company strategy & objectives
- As a focal point, your activity will require you to lead relations with other stakeholders in the HR and IM Community.
- This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
Profile
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Business Improvements Methodologies: Agile / SAFe / LBIP
- Analytical-logical thinking, data-driven and creative mindset oriented towards problem solving using the most efficient techniques and technologies
- Knowledge of HR basics, and an experience in Reporting
- Basics in Cornerstone / Workday reporting including PRISM would be a plus
- Knowledge of Machine Learning / Deep Learning / GenAI and Data Visualization (eg QlikSense) would be a plus
- Experience of problem solving and the ability to troubleshoot issues with a calm methodical approach
- Ability to work independently, leading tasks when required, whilst keeping the team and the business updated on progress
- Ability to network in a multicultural environment
- Customer orientation to provide user-centric solutions
- Analytical-logical thinking, data-driven and creative mindset oriented towards problem solving using the most efficient techniques and technologies
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the area of activities
