Your mission

• The main missions and opportunities
• Support & Follow up our people processes and campaigns (performance reviews, people reviews…),
• Support & facilitate TOD network calls and other TOD initiatives,
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events
• Participate in the development and implementation of training programs and workshops, in touch with Forvia University
• Follow up of internal job market
• Help maintain and update employee records and databases, including Talent Profiles
• Participate to ad hoc HR studies and provide administrative support to the Talent Management team as needed
• Propose new ideas to engage our teams around the world

Your profile

• We can’t wait to find a new member of the team, so below you can see what our ideal candidate will have/be:
• Master 2 with an HR specialization
• Strong interest in talent management and human resources in an international environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be rigorous and very attentive to details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
• Fluent in English (working language)
• A great curiosity and motivation to learn
• A previous internship experience in HR
• Because at Forvia we like to foster talent, 4 to 5 HR VIE positions are proposed every year, with a priority for our former interns or apprentices.
