Your Mission

  • Coordinate and present the monthly local GPS process, build the sales and shipment forecasts and follow and commit on the accuracy of the forecasts
  • Guarantee the right orders executions, commit on the best estimates and pilot the order-to-cash process
  • Develop and negotiate processes with customers to maximize CSL at the best price
  • Pilot and control WH dedicated for Switzerland market through 3PL animations and KPIs
  • Build or improve (current) processes
  • Guarantee the stock products availability (ie pilot co-packing and re-packing activities)
  • Manage the local SC team, pilot and control full Danone Waters CH Supply Chain budget
  • Contribute to SC projects that could be either local or transversal to global Evian/Volvic org
  • Be part of the leadership team
  • Co-steer the business, animate and co-build current and future Evian/Volvic Swiss strategy

Your Profile

  • Excellent University degree
  • At least 8 years work experience
  • Experience in Operations/Supply Chain in FMCG company
  • Able to cope with a very broad range from very hands-on tasks up to strategic leadership role
  • Autonomous way of working
  • Open-minded, proactive and enthusiastic
  • Strong in communication and empowerment
  • Solution-oriented and flexible
  • Strong in coordination and prioritization and oriented to details in execution
  • Able to interact with multi-cultural stakeholders
  • Experienced in Project Management
  • Strong user of MS Office – especially Excel
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English, German and French
