Your Mission

• Lead full COGS financial performance cycle from planning to performance monitoring including robust Risks & Opps analysis
• Lead Financial Business Partnering for Operations functions within DACH-Italy-Greece Cluster
• Ensure timely, complete and accurate COGS performance reporting and financial forecast connected to the Rolling Forecast
• Ensure reliability of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Raw Materials costing processes and track accurately actual costs with relevant variance analysis and understanding of costs drivers
• Monitor Net COGS bill impact with a specific focus on productivity tracking
• Lead and develop the Operations Controlling team (4-5 team members)

Your Profil

• Master’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of controlling in the FMCG industry
• Excellent knowledge of operations controlling processes and market know-how of the FMCG industry
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence and manage stakeholders
• Structured and analytical way of working
• Excellent in problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking
• Pro-active and empowering way of working
• Ability to lead and develop teams
• Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
