Encevo S.A. is the holding company that leads the Encevo Group. Encevo defines the group strategy as well as governance and ensures financing for all group entities with a view to guarantee the sustainable development of the whole group. Encevo also provides, through its skilled and experienced staff of over 160 employees, various support services to group entities, including finance, treasury management, accounting, legal, human resources, facility management, internal audit, risk management and insurance. The purpose thereof is to create synergies and increase overall efficiency and effectiveness throughout the group. Further, the role of Encevo is to position the group in relation to its stakeholders (employees, shareholders, government, customers, suppliers, investors, partners, media …).
Your tasks
As a graphic designer, you’ll tackle several creative tasks:
- You develop creative concepts and design solutions for a wide range of media (print and digital)
- You create visual assets such as logos, illustrations, and infographics using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva or similar graphic softwares
- You handle the capture, editing, and retouching of photos and videos to enhance their quality, composition, and visual appeal, as well as the post-production of spots and archiving
- You create small graphic animations
- You manage internal and external digital channels (websites, corporate TV, LinkedIn, etc.)
- You monitor and analyse KPI dashboards
- You act as the point of contact for internal requests and work closely with different departments to meet their project goals, requirements and deadlines
- You successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing workload to meet project milestones and deadlines
- You develop and maintain relations with different stakeholders such as agencies, printing company and suppliers
- You stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- You handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and purchase requests efficiently within our SAP system
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communication design, or any related field
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools to create and edit graphics
- You have a good knowledge of photography and can handle an SLR camera
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve problems
- You demonstrate creativity and a willingness to learn
- Good command of IT applications and tools in general; Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint, WordPress, Appspace; UX/UI skills are an advantage
- You have verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German. Knowledge of Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
