Missions
- Observe, and think ahead: Operative steering and coordination of an international service center network (Onshore, Nearshore und Offshore).
- Structured evaluation: Monitoring and steering of KPIs fulfillment in the best interest of our customer. Volume forecasting and capacity planning.
- Take responsibility: Ensuring operational excellence within contractual obligations. Responsibility for standardization and best practice sharing across locations.
- Create something new: Design and implementation of concepts to improve the global operational processes.
- Networked communication: Close cooperation with entire global service delivery team and local operations managers to standardize and improve processes and tools. Cooperation with quality responsible of client and internal to ensure that quality standards are met to the need of the customers.
- Structured observation: Development and visualization of reporting instruments.
Profile
- Personality: Convincing, strong and motivating personality. Excellent client management skills with salesand customer orientation.
- Working Practice: Ability to work independently, result-oriented and well organized in a fast paced dynamic environment.
- Experience and Knowledge: Several years of experience in the operational BPO business (customer care, call center, service center…) with an excellent understanding of BPO environment incl. people business, processes and IT tools. Experience to work in an international environment is an advantage.
- Qualifications: Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Languages: Profound language skills in German and English.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields.
- Others: International mobility is mandatory.
