Your new responsibilities
- Analysis of the performance of the 8 Building Products factories in the Smart Infrastructure business around the globe (e.g. China, France, Korea Switzerland, US)
- Responsibility for the global factory reporting (e.g. consolidation and interpretation of performance results of the 8 factories including deviation and root cause analysis, creation of executive summaries and other ad-hoc analyses which are basis of common regular management reviews)
- Business partnering and consulting of the global manufacturing management (e.g. with regard to factory strategies, profitability and productivity reviews or capital efficiency reviews)
- Organization, optimization and management of the yearly standard cost process including planning
- Support of the business with regard to budgeting, planning and forecasting
- Perform project work e.g. review and implementation of digitalization topics, business case/footprint reviews
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, economics or a related field from a university/university of applied sciences
- 4-8 years’ work experience in controlling/performance controlling after graduation, experience in accounting would be an asset
- Experience in an international environment, preferably in industry/manufacturing
- First project experience would be a plus
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel/Makro) and SAP (FI/CO, SD)
- Experience with business intelligence tools would be an asset (e.g. Qlik Sense, QlikView, Dash)
- Quick comprehension and pronounced analytical and good communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English, German is an advantage
