Hurrah, esports advertising agency

You are devastated that the Kappa emote doesn’t exist on Facebook or Twitter. You’re among the few people in LoL that uses W to check out everything your teammates have said so far. Your top window in Steam is set to community. And the only thing you hate about Hearthstone is that you can’t engage in any direct exchanges with your opponent.

Hurrah is a Paris-based creative advertising agency focused on bringing mainstream brands into the esports arena, and we’re looking for a German market CM to join us. If esports is your dream gig, but a lack of relevant roles sent you counting Facebook Likes elsewhere, you’re the player we’re looking for.

YOUR MISSION

Supervised by a Social Media Manager, you will:

  • Help engage esports communities on their home platforms with smart creative, including Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, Steam, and Snapchat.
  • Address our client communities with relevant and authentic esports messaging.
  • Stay ahead of what’s new in esports, and develop relationships with key influencers across games.
  • Create social media reportings for our client.

In other words, you’re the eyes, ears and voice of the agency. Your most important mission? To ensure that everything we share across social is authentic to esports fans like you and your friends.

YOUR PROFILE

An esports aficionado with a first experience in an advertising agency who wants to turn that passion into a career. Ideally, you’ve worked on a few international accounts. You are fluent in German, your English is strong enough to hold a professional conversation with our partners (teams, tournaments, leagues, publishers), and you love engaging with people in the community.

You live on Twitter, follow all the relevant sites about CM and social media, and love the idea of addressing esports fans with ideas that you know will kick ass. Most importantly, though, you’ll need to know esports like your job depends on it (because, well… it will).
