  Tasks
- To conduct investigations including reviews of specific allegations, collection of documentary evidence, analytical research and in-depth review of files, interviews of witnesses and investigation targets, assistance in the review of electronic documents and evidence;
 - To perform reviews of processes to prevent and detect frauds, identifying key compliance risks and identifying recommendations that are practicable and accepted by the business;
 - To deliver structured, objective assessments of complex and often conflicting evidence that will guide senior management action and in some instances potentially be the basis for further legal action;
 - To ensure compliance with company policies, national legislation, and in particular national staff data protection regulations;
 - To prepare clear, concise and detailed investigation and review reports providing conclusions and recommendations for improvements in internal controls and processes;

Profile
- With a master degree, you have at least four years experience in a Big 4 accounting firm including a minimum of two years of forensic investigation experience.
 - You have a strong experience in performing investigations in the context of either a French or German legal environment.
 - An experience in operational audit, fraud and corruption prevention engagements would also be an advantage.
 - Some accounting and IT skills would be an advantage, and a CFE qualification would be a real plus. You are able to conduct an investigation respecting company policies, laws and regulations, but also to review in depth and in detail general business files or financial information.
 - You care recognized for being able to conduct effective interviews of witnesses and investigation targets, in order to write detailed reports of investigations in English with solid investigation conclusions.
 - A negotiation level in English is expected for this position, in order to write reports in English. You are also fluent in French or in German.
