Financial Planning & Analysis Controller (m/f/d), Munich

Missions

• Build out shortand long-term financial plans, including topline and key operational costs projections
• Maintain a high level of knowledge across all business areas by staying current on initiatives, challenges and opportunities
• Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information
• Build financial database by identifying sources of information; assembling, verifying, and backing up data
• Recommend financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization goals
• Simplify and standardize reporting across all business units & collaborate with HQ standardization processes
• Start of the position is as of now. Remote working is possible.

Profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience
• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics or a similar field
• High proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, tables and graph production) and in MS PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
