Your assignments

• Yo constantly provide active support for the President of the MedTech Division in developing strategies and concepts as well as in the organization of projects
• You are deeply involved in the preparation and follow-up of meetings of the ELT (Executive Leadership Team) and Committees
• You will develop presentations and concepts for speeches
• You will manage, coordinate and steer projects at top management and ELT level
• You are responsible for project management tasks in the line of business development/ transformation, continuous improvements, technical development, research & development, acquisitions, due diligences, etc.
• You will oversee the transformation program Vision 2026 including its implementation in the Business Unit MedTech and ensure a timely execution

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed university degree with results above average in related business fields e.g., industrial engineering, sciences or similar and additionally have an MBA or a doctor’s degree
• You have at least 5 years of work experience, ideally within consulting companies or in in-house consulting preferably within the pharmaceuticals industries and a proven track record in projects with focus on production/operations, research & development, strategic marketing, business development, etc.
• You have gained professional experience in project management
• You are comfortable in a multinational Matrix driven environment
• You have worked or studied abroad and collected experience in intercultural environments
• You are an independent thinker and are able to make decisions coupled with a great team spirit and excellence communication skills, especially at executive level
• You have the ability to drive processes and live up to set objectives within the set time frame
• You have an analytical mindset as well as diplomatic skills
• You are willing to travel internationally on occasion
• You are fluent in English and German, additional languages such as Spanish or French would be a plus
