Job description

Responsibilities include:

• To manage and motivate the Marketing Team and to ensure the development of our client's business with profitable growth.
• To set up the marketing strategy in close collaboration General Manager and Sales Director.
• You will be the link between the Division's Operational Marketing team and the Branch's functional Marketing Team

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product lines are managed and developed properly.
• Ensure preparation of Marketing Budget files and actively participate in the sales budget reviews.
• Ensure a proper Marketing input regarding Demand Planning and Sales Forecasting.
• Create and follow-up the implementation of the yearly Marketing Plan.
• Contribute to monitor turnover and margin development.
• Ensure a proper price setting for all product lines.
• Support the Sales Director regarding customized and specific selling in actions and campaigns.
• Liaise with the Sales Team to ensure that all actions and promotions reinforce the proper diffusion and development of all products.
• Manage and develop the Marketing Team in a professional way with clear and challenging objectives.
• Lead and motivate the direct reports incl. annual appraisal and follow up.
• Act as an ambassador for our client, portraying a professional image at all times.
• Project management.

Who we are looking for

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in different positions (product management and communication), experienced in people management preferable Independent Automotive Aftermarket
• Languages: German , French and English very good level
• Dynamic leadership style.
• Technical experience / understanding
• Strong strategic marketing, planning and analytical skills
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
• A track record of success in innovation and achieving campaign/project objectives.
