Key Responsibilities

  • Translating the brand magic in collaboration with marketing teams into concise briefings for divisional specialty teams in Media, A&I, CRM & Website
  • Independently adapting existing imagery for media campaigns and detail pages. Cooperation with agencies & DEC
  • Coordination and translation of copies & texts for media, website & CRM including ensuring SEO relevance with the help of an agency & internal stakeholders
  • Independent further development of the visual appearance of the brands and products on the product detail pages
  • Exchange with international interfaces for content optimization and, if necessary, process optimization
  • Exchange with international teams to learn about best-in-class creatives
  • Coordinate internal communication flow within the media team and with other relevant departments, incl multi-div media team.
  • Adapt existing content (e.g., video, print, digital) for different platforms and channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and optimizing for target audience engagement, incl. right translation.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to ensure seamless integration of adapted content into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices for content adaptation, recommending new approaches and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Quality control adapted content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Manage content adaptation projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget constraints.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with various internal stakeholders, including marketing, communications, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of media strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with external media partners and vendors, first of, with the leading media agency.
  • Effectively communicate project updates and challenges to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of the digital landscape and various channels
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in German and in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
