Your Mission

• Manage applications to ensure the availability/effectiveness taking into account business requirements
• Ensure an optimal and sustainable service delivery
• Effective functional user support based on internal SLA, KPIs, and global DAN'IS Governance principles
• Coordinate/execute projects closely co-operating with all functions of the company
• Strong vision and execution in implementation of CRM/SFA technology and innovation into corporate reality
• Identify and recommend the fit to purpose solutions for Digital World (like tools for social media listening, marketing automation, consumer relationship management, e-commerce)
• Key Applications in current scope (like Mendix platform, SalesForce.com and others)
• Provide and develop knowledge of business process and applications
• Participate in supplier negotiation, measure and improve suppliers' performance

Your Profile

• Project management experience in more complex Initiatives
• Solid knowledge about latest tech trends, state-of-art solutions in digital world
• Well-developed communication, team-working and self-organization skills
• Openness for new ideas and creativity
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
• English skills both in written and oral at advanced level
• German skills is an asset
