What we count on you for - Your mission

• In this role, you combine consulting, leadership and product expertise in a premium environment.
• You **develop individual travel projects for premium clients and support them from the first idea through to their return, via phone, video and in person and collaborate with international experts
• You actively support the branch manager in building and leading the Munich team, support new colleagues during onboarding and in day-to-day operations. You track quality KPIs such as response times, offer conversion rate and customer satisfaction
• You contribute to the further development of the destination portfolio

Why we want you on our team - your strengths

• Your background: Around 10 years of professional and/or travel experience in relevant fields (tourism, hospitality, event management, sales, customer service…), including coordination or management of small teams
• Your languages: German at C1–C2 minimum, fluent English, French is a strong plus
• Your style & personality: Well traveled, Service-oriented, autonomous, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely enjoys customer and team interaction
