Demand Planning Manager (m/f), Domdidier

Your Mission

• In charge of the 18 months Demand Forecast for the Full Milupa Portfolio (Milks & Foods)
• Close collaboration with other departments (Sales / Marketing / Finance / Medical…) to understand business & demand drivers
• Tracking of monthly performance and driving short term corrective actions if needed
• Reporting of KPIs (m-1 forecast accuracy, bias, MAPE, days on hands)
• Post-launch (innovation, renovation, promotion) analysis together with Sales and Marketing
• Manage and monitor the forecast in SAP APO
• Collaborate closely with Supply Planner and Customer Service to drive operational actions (backlog and write-offs management)
• In charge of the Demand Review (x-functional alignment for the next 18-months rolling forecast) within the monthly Integrated Business Plan (Business oriented S&OP)
• Risk and Opps management
• Collaboration within the D-A-CH supply chain cluster
• Contact with Global operations headquarters in Amsterdam

Your Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Demand or Supply Planning
• University degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration etc.
• Knowledge in SAP / APO, proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Fluent in English and German, French is really a plus
• Strong skills in communication and ability to connect with different departments and cultures
• Willing to grow in an International Company
