Your Mission

• Build and drive the Market Quality superiority agenda in adequacy with cluster priorities
• Lead the local Leadership Team Quality topics and action plans
• Being part of the Market Leadership Team
• Capture consumer and customer feedback and turn it into relevant action
• Ensure food safety & nutritional compliance
• Ensure local risk analysis & food safety design is included into projects
• Working closely with business leaders & the relevant stakeholders (project leaders, Marketing, Sales, Production, Supply Chain) and the European Quality Team
• Develop the Market Quality team

Your Profil

• Master degree in food science, food technology or similar field
• 8 to 10 years of proven experience in Quality Management in the food industry
• Superior communication skills and strong background in managing a diverse network of stakeholders
• Experienced in risk management and trouble shooting
• Ability to handle multiple topics and ad-hoc requests
• Excellent analytical skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to lead and develop teams
• Fluent in German and English
