Customer Service Manager (m/f)

Tasks

Responsible of a high level of services provided to external and internal customers 

• Manage a team to enable the achievement of strategic plans and company objectives
• Assure Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) with the objective to have goods available during the entire life cycle of each reference
• In charge of the Order to Cash (OTC) process with the objective to properly register, deliver and invoice all customer orders
• Establish weekly forecasts, to optimize production with a minimum of stock and a maximum of customer service
• Validate the Supply Chain Agreement processes
• Obtain an efficient and well co-ordinated customer service in order to communicate pro-actively

Requirements

• Master degree with 5-10 years experience in a similar position
• Experience with fast moving consumer goods
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Familiar with sales techniques, such as PLM, demand planning and OTC
• Ability to prioritise and make decisions, actively seeking to use change as an opportunity for improvement
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to provide reports and presentations in style and format suitable to different audiences
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
• Fluent knowledge of German/English/(French)
