Customer Interaction Specialist (m/f/d) for written and spoken customer support in French (Fluent written and spoken English is also a mandatory requirement)

This full time (40h / week) permanent position is to be filled as soon as possible.

Your tasks

Individual support of business partners via e-mail and phone in our Customer Experience Center. Through your service- and solution-oriented processing of requests, orders, and complaints you help improving the communication processes and relationships between our clients and their customers or partners.

Your profile

You enjoy communicating with different people and target groups and have a passion for a future-oriented customer service. Moreover, you have great written and oral communication skills. Excellent command of spoken and written French and English is mandatory.
