Missions

• Manage and own the supply chain relationship with the customer
• Use the wider network to build relationships with key stakeholders in order to influence and improve processes and results.
• Proactively monitor inventory levels to ensure appropriate actions are taken to mitigate and inform customers on potential shortages. Actively manage the prioritization process across different departments
• Build and maintain open and proactive channels of communication with the customer about service levels
• Utilise customer interface tools and company IT systems, to identify potential shortages, to optimize stock levels within the customer network and to influence customer order pattern
• The start date is as of now in Germany.

Profile

• 3+ years in supply chain or relevant commercial experience
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Human centricAbility to build strong effective relationships quickly and bring the outside in
• Managing and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
• Desire and ability to drive change to achieve continuous improvement
• Fluent language skills in German and English
