Credibility & Nutrition Manager AIG (m/f), München

Your Mission

• Identify and prioritize threats and opportunities on diet-related health and nutrition problems in the AIG (Austria & Switzerland, Italy & Greece, Germany) markets and support a communication strategy on these subjects
• Working closely with the relevant stakeholders (R&I Product development center, Project leaders, Marketing teams, General Secretary, Quality) and the R&I Director of the Cluster
• Defends the strategy of the fresh dairy products division on brands, health and nutrition challenges in the decisions and discussions of the AIG markets
• Helps to define the Science & Nutrition strategy for global brands and categories (yoghurt, probiotics, CSP),
• Reporting to Central Science, brands and category on the needs and challenges in the AIG markets
• Implements the corresponding actions plans in line with business objectives and in accordance with available resources (budget, staff)

Your Profile

• Master degree in nutrition science, food science, food technology or a related field
• At least five years of relevant work experience in the food industry
• Excellent food science and nutrition know-how
• Experienced in managing and convincing a diverse network of stakeholders
• Superior communication skills and the ability to transfer complex science topics into simple and customer-oriented information
• Acts as a natural leader with a convincing and service-based attitude and mode of operating
• Very good language skills in German and English (written and spoken)
