Country Manager Germany, Paris

Alvarum a été créée en 2008 avec l'objectif de révolutionner le fundraising. Plus de 1000 associations en France, en Allemagne et au Bénélux ont collecté 15 millions d'euros avec Alvarum afin de financer leurs objectifs. Des associations reconnues telles que La Croix Rouge, WWF et aussi de prestigieux événements comme le Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris et le marathon de Berlin font confiance à Alvarum.

Tasks

Alvarum is hiring a Country Manager who will be in charge of developing Alvarum business in country :

• Conception of country marketing plan and budget
• Planification of Heroes Race communication
• Creation and update of marketing content (websites, newsletters...)
• Organization of workshops and events for prospects and clients
• Manage marketing campaigns (emailings, telemarketing...)
• Manage clients and users communities (Facebook, newsletters..)
• Manage brand awareness activities (PR, networking...)
• Country Manager will be assisted by one full time person and will report to the Head of Marketing and Sales.
• Country manager will join a dedicated international team (10+ people, 20-30 years old) and a stimulating work environment.

• Country mother tongue
• English fluent
• Management/ Marketing education
• Entrepreneurial mind and results oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Good writing and presentation skills
