Tasks

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end closing, including reconciliations of single B/S accounts.
  • Ensure financial planning, monthly forecasting and analysis are prepared and submitted in time
  • Ensure financial alignment with LLP operation is conducted in a regular basis and is understood as such
  • Provide fully transparency on account profitability and PL activities
  • Continually identify risks to delivery, propose solutions where necessary and effectively manage stakeholders, business partners and supervisor expectations throughout
  • Coordinating invoicing AR and AP process for the accounts under responsibilities. This includes the follow up on AR with country, cluster and region
  • In alignment with supervisor/manager leading the regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports on monthly, quarterly and presenting findings to the management
  • Understanding the principle of financial auditing and ensuring DPDHL rules are always followed and applied
  • Early identify of business and financial challenges, risks as well as opportunities and create/provide solutions to overcome
  • Analyzing and optimizing cost structures
  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation"
  • Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders in country, cluster as well as region

Profile

  • Advanced level of English, Knowledge of P&L and month end closure activities,
  • Preferably bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economy or related fields,
  • At least 5-6 years experience in Finance department.

Skills

  • Srong technical accounting and financial knowledge and skills
  • Knowledge in statutory accounts
  • Ability to work, cooperate and perform within international teams
  • Ability to work under pressure on different topics
  • Strong experience in AP and AR
  • Fully qualified acountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivilant)
  • Experience in running financial annual audit
  • Produced forecast, plan upto mult-millioins"
  • English : fluent
