Change Platform Leader (m/f), Blagnac

The job holder manages the Change activities within "Centre of Competence Structure" (ES) and is responsible for the E Motion Structure Portfolio, under the management of the ESD Head of Domain, to whom he/she is reporting.

Tasks & accountabilities

• The job holder needs regular travel to European Airbus sites
• To manage improvement initiatives for the Centre according to defined rules - Challenge & ensure consistency of improvement initiatives and facilitate best practice.
• To organize the ES Change network with Domain representatives to insure Change deployment within ES and to update ES led projects status in reporting dashboard
• To be responsible for the E Motion Structure Module
• To coordinate ES involvement within all the E Motion Modules (Transverse Modules)
• To prepare reporting material for ES E Motion reviews.
• The job holder will deliver periodic report about Change projects.
• The job holder will provide a monthly report (BOR) about ES Change savings.
• The job holder will provide a periodic status of ES involvement within full E Motion perimeter.

Required skills

• Engineer: 5 to 15 years experience
• Experience in Change Management, Lean Management, Project Management
• Experience in multicultural/international environment
• Experience in Structure is a plus (experience can be gained also outside of aeronautical environment).
• English: Fluent
• Another language is a plus (French, German or Spanish)
