Tasks
- You will act as a Product Family Team leader for Sleeves & conduits product family, defining the strategy for this scope, working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement Operations and Programs.
- You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our contracts and their execution including the management of commercial claims, the negotiation of technical modifications, price reviews and the delivery of cost reduction initiatives.
- You will manage the day to day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks.
- You will evaluate the overall suppliers’ performance and support their development in close collaboration with the operational functions.
- You will lead Call for Tenders for new products, or to renew prices and contracts.
- You will identify and manage risk related to suppliers, define and lead appropriate mitigation actions.
- You will shape and contribute to the development of the Electrics Commodity Strategy in a fast changing business.
- You will launch and manage transversal/team projects in line with the Company objectives.
Profile
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement, Procurement Operations, Engineering or Programs where you started to gain negotiation/leadership skills and you want to improve them further in a supplier-facing role.
- Contracts management and supplier relationship experience
- Excellent communication skills and leadership behavior
- Strong stakeholder management
- Organised and analytical
- Able to adapt / Agile
- Creative, proactive in challenging the status quo
- Negotiation level of English and French
