What we count on you for - Your mission

Working directly with senior management, you will be the commercial driver of our client's expansion into Switzerland and win new projects with telecom operators.

• You will build lasting business relationships with Swiss telecom operators and their key partners
• You will leverage your network to secure meetings with decision-makers
• You will identify tenders and new markets to conquer, lead tender responses and conduct commercial negotiations, with active support from senior management for meetings and strategic negotiations
• You will turn these opportunities into contracts
• You will coordinate your activities with the technical and operational teams
• You will travel regularly to clients and prospects in Switzerland, around 50 % of your time at the start, then less

• Your background: You have solid experience in telecommunications, ideally in FTTH, FTTO, mobile networks or telecom infrastructure.
• You have a network of contacts that is genuinely active among Swiss operators. Experience with a major Swiss operator or one of its partners is a strong asset.
• Your languages: You are fluent in French. German is a plus to expand the business across all of Switzerland, and English is appreciated.
• Your style & personality: As a true business developer, you enjoy building a business rather than simply managing it. Your autonomy, your leadership and your ability to gradually structure a new activity make the difference.
