Associate Origination - European Debt (m/f/d), Puteaux

Tasks

• Financial and cash flow modeling to assess and quantify the risk principles associated with new real estate financing opportunities
• Use internal models to assess loan ratings
• Prepare committee documents and participate in debt investment committee
• Draft appropriately structured term sheets and partially negotiate with borrowers
• Work with internal and external legal advisors to partially negotiate legal documentation
• Carry out property (including ESG), legal and tax real estate due diligence with internal experts & external advisors
• Supports smooth handover to loan management team

Profile

• 3-5 year-experience in real-estate lending / structured financing / private debt
• Advanced graduate degree in Real Estate, Management, Finance, Economics or similar qualifications CFA or RICS is a plus
• Excellent modelling skills on Excel
• Fluent in French and English, an additional European language is a plus
• Curiosity, reactivity and communication/presentation skills
• Good negotiation and commercial skills
• Experience in an international and multicultural business environment
• Ability to navigate across different projects and departments and to work with a wide variety of different people in the organization
• Results orientated with the ability to work under time pressure when necessary, requiring strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Hands-on-mentality and persistence to carry out projects and tasks
• Ability to work in a team
