Associate Credit and Collection France (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Based at headquarters in Neu-Isenburg, you will be responsible for the monitoring of the payments of our international corporate clients of our "Company Account" product in particular in the French market.
• In particular, your tasks will include the automatic and manual dunning processes, the handling of late payments fees and the monitoring of the accounts receivable aging, the administration of the external collection cases or of the bankruptcy claim filing.
• You will also be responsible for reviewing and checking the credit lines of our customers and for taking appropriate measures to minimize credit risks.
• You will communicate continuously with our customers, external and internal interfaces.
• In addition, you will be required to optimize processes and systems.

Required skills

• For this role, AirPlus seeks a goal-oriented team player with professional experience in a similar position, or at least in one of the relevant fields, who is service-oriented and innovative.
• Fluent French and English skills both written and spoken are required. Any other language (preferably German or Dutch) in which you are fluent is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required. Knowledge of financial systems would be an advantage.
