Your Responsibilities – What You Can Be Counted On For

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with your team member and together manage B2B clients in the German-speaking market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Thanks to the company’s strong market position and high customer loyalty, the business operates exclusively through inbound sales!

Your Tasks:

• Pre-Sales: Handle inbound inquiries, analyze customer needs and provide tailored advice, prepare offers and contracts.
• Project Management: Manage exciting projects in highly attractive industries, adapt to client requests, coordinate logistics, and ensure project success.
• After-Sales: Follow up on projects, maintain long-term client relationships, handle invoicing, and manage claims (less than 5% of cases).

For logistics, project management, technical support and invoicing, you will be fully supported by the respective colleagues.

Your clients are often leading companies in industries such as events, marketing, television, automotive, pharmaceuticals, NGOs, ministries, and other public institutions.

You will work independently from home or a coworking space. The team communicates efficiently using ERP software and Google Workspace.

Every 2 to 3 months, you will travel to Belgium for two days to collaborate with the team, lunches or team building activities.

Your Profile – What You Bring to the Team

• Fluent spoken and written German is essential, along with good French skills for internal communication. English or additional languages are a plus.
• At least 12 months full time experience in sales or customer relations. ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Affinity for everyday IT products
• Self-motivation and excellent organizational skills to achieve your goals while working remotely
