Your assignments

• Develop and execute a strategic, scalable internal communications plan for different global divisions
• Execution of employee-focused communications through channels including the intranet, emails, company newsletter, social media
• Support executives in the realization of their communication activities, change communication
• Support HR with employee town hall meetings and e-staff communication
• Plan, create and implement multimedia assets (images, video, audio) for internal communication
• Strengthen the company branding toward employees and potential new hires, working with the talent management team to expand employee engagement
• Coordination, alignment and communication with internal interfaces as well as external service providers and agencies

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, communication or journalism
• Several years of professional experience in journalism or corporate communications, on the corporate and/or agency side
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled at utilizing a broad mix of communication methods, delivery mechanisms and channels
• Global mindset and experience in the implementation of communication projects in an international environment
• Confident and competent behavior in dealing with people of all hierarchical levels
• First experiences in change management and communication
• Fluent in English and German
• Understanding of business contexts
• High motivation, personal commitment and creativity
• Independent, structured, on-schedule and autonomous way of working
• High resilience, flexibility as well as strong intercultural communication and teamwork skills
