Project Manager - ERP Replacement (m/f/n), Esch sur Alzette
Your tasks
- You lead a large-scale program of ERP replacement
- You manage several projects, initiatives, and streams with a strong emphasis in SAP ecosystem
- You own the ERP replacement budget, timelines, deliverables and team members’ allocation
- You are responsible for the governance, risks management and collaboration
- You ensure proper documentation and improvement of processes
- You work in close collaboration with internal and external teams
- You identify opportunities and risks, and propose action plans accordingly
- You ensure regular reporting on current/on-going development projects to hierarchy and stakeholders
- You proactively propose solutions and mitigation actions for issues/risks
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar
- You have a previous direct working experience in SAP implementation projects
- Change Management experience as well as knowledge of public tendering is considered a strong advantage
- You are able to work autonomously in project management with multiple stakeholders and complex impacts
- You have a previous experience with IT implementation
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. A good knowledge of Luxembourgish will be considered a plus.
