Fondée début 2010, Home24 travaille en partenariat avec Rocket Internet, l'un des principaux acteurs du monde de l'e-commerce en Europe, qui est à l'origine de nombreux succès Internet tels que Zalando pour la vente en ligne de chaussures, le site de rencontre eDarling, ou encore le plus grand portail européen de bons de réduction CityDeal/Groupon.

Currently, we are seeking to fill the following position:

Business Development - Category Management Intern (f/m)

Your role

• Assist in developing category-specific strategies for our product range, running market and competitor analyses, creating detailed KPI reports and conducting workshops for our purchasing team
• Monitor our sales figures and profit margins and derive measures for achieving our ambitious sales goals within the respective categories
• Implement cross-departmental processes (e.g. pricing, renegotiation, link between purchasing and marketing), document and analyse the outcome
• Design, development, implementation and controlling of business development strategies
• Benchmarking and market analysis

Our requirements

• You are studying or have just finished your studies in Business, Economics or a related field
• You are an ambitious and highly-motivated self-starter who is very target-oriented
• You have a high affinity for the Internet and enjoy working with Excel
• You have very good analytical and conceptual skills
• You have a very good level of German and English
