Missions

• Building and reviewing investment reports, also for non-regression tests
• Assist the team during parallel production period of the migration project
• Support the team in documentation of processes and risks
• Support the team in project documentation and progress in local action points
• Assist the team in IT testing and documentation
• Support the TL in documentation and presentation of the KPIs, KRIs, workload indicators

Profile

• Bachelor or Master student
• Works autonomously, implementing work processes, ideas and solutions
• Works solution-oriented in the sense of customers
• Ensures relevant responses and solutions for internal and external clients
• Able to identify the benefits or problems in a proposal or argument
• Able to summarize briefly the main points of an issue, situation, organization or document
• Handles multiple and complex reports/information sources
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Power Point and Word); desirable: VBA, SQL, Bloomberg
• Able to rapidly analyze incomplete information to enable decision-making
• Fluent in English and German
