Tasks

• Supply Planning: Support the Market Supply Manager to ensure product availability, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
• Obsolete stock Management: Develop and enhance reporting tools identifying root causes and risks & lead cross-functional mitigation action-plans
• Portfolio Management: Lead and follow up innovation & renovation projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with commercial and supply teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain close communication with key stakeholders and supply points to secure alignment and resolve issues quickly.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs (service level, stock coverage, waste) to assess customer service and identify improvement areas.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and propose innovative solutions to optimize planning and reduce waste.

Profile

• Strong analytical skills without losing sight of the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships easily and foster collaboration across functions.
• Fluent use of Office applications (especially Excel); knowledge of APO/SAP is a plus; Power BI / Power Query is an advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; German is a plus.
