Mission

• We are looking for a VIE to join our PR & Advocacy team in the Luxe Division for the brands Kiehl's and Biotherm. You will be responsible for supporting the team in different core activities:
• Lead for Lorealistar Club for Kiehl's & Biotherm
• Lead for developing creative seedings for Kiehl's & Biotherm & operational responsibility of seeding execution for Influencer & PR seedings
• Lead for Multi-brand campaigns and CNDO running club cooperation for Biotherm
• MIM rankings
• Track Kiehl's & Biotherm brand rankings & prepare reportings
• Analyse skincare competition – top brands, top trending content, influencers etc
• Operational responsibility for local brand events in line with the local and international brand strategy
• Operational support on execution of influencer campaigns
• Support Kiehls Instagram account content creation

Profile

• Master’s degree in economics, business, marketing, communication
• An excellent communicator, social & outgoing personality
• Creative with profound analytical skills
• Strong in project management, flexible, able to multi-task
• Hands-on mentality and able to deal with a high operative workload
• Team player: You thrive in a team environment and bring positive energy into the workplace
• Capable and passionate about working in an international environment
• Fluent English
