Your mission

As of now

• Observe the market and your brand through regular analysis, deriving conclusions and recommending appropriate action
• Participate in the development and introduction of communication measures and packaging
• Participate in the development and implementation of new products and product enhancements
• Develop and implement promotions in cooperation with the Sales department
• Prepare briefings for external agencies and close exchange with internal departments

Your profil

• Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration or Economics
• Initial practical experience through internships in the consumer goods industry
• Team orientation and understanding of cross-functional working
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
• Proactiveandassertive
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High degree of personal responsibility and flexibility
• Ideally a good command of German and very good written and spoken English
