Missions

As Project Manager you will:

• Identify manual sorting interfaces with process equipment and develop robust, risk-mitigating, modular, and ergonomic workplace solutions, including CAPEX assessment
• Develop specifications for the redemption return sorting process to be used for solidarity procurement.
• Stabilize the new returns sorting process up to final acceptance / handover to the returns and rejections operation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Are responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
• Develop comprehensive project plans that you coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure compatibility
• Ensure that safety, performance and quality objectives are met in your area of operation.

Profile

HARD SKILLS:

• 2 4 years of professional experience in project management.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse and picking processes.
• High level of initiative, ability to work under pressure and a strong ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent analytical skills, fact based
• Excellent knowledge of SAP
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle and analyze large data (e.g. PowerBI)
• Lean management skills would be appreciated.
